Another EPG problem

Hi,
I finally got round to putting the latest update on my Starview 4 super USb (V1.12), and it went very well. although it froze when doing a scan for channels at 6%. I pulled the plug out and the next time it scanned with no problems.
However, I have no EPG now, I have tried to press the green button etc, but nothing happened.
I turned off the starview and then back on but again no EPG, its frustrating when You see a movie and need to find out what its called LMAO.

epg on starview 4 the box super

the eg on my box keeps downloading when you first go on it and it dose not give all day programs but v1.7 is off now so cant go back to it runing on v1.12
