Box down

Both my box super are down tried all the usual tricks no joy...but i have Starview4 USB which is working fine after a factory reset????? Any ideas????

Are you receiving any channels.
What does it show on the front of the box.
Have you tried the default key and reinstall keys (if auto update is not installed.)

I have a few channels but they are all mixed up.ie;comedy film is showing a channel off home and leisure,,,weird. Installed latest keys still no joy.Box is showing normal on display??????????

frequency changing all the time so channels will be over the place,factory reset 0000 scan from direct feed from wall and emu to on,could also be an outside fault.

tried it all mate still no joy...My starview4 USB as also lost a load of channels,not as bad tho????

did it list the correct number of channels when scanning.?

No it said 350 chanels but got no wher near that and like i said before they are all jumbled with wrong program on wrong channel,
BAFFLED!!!!

I'm told installing 1.12 firmware on gen boxes fixes the SV 4,it also has problems but the boxes are worikng

Well lads cant believe it but did another reset and scan got all channels back....Weird...Thanks for all your time.
