It's a KV Problem

No scanning needed the problem is KVs just have to wait,the 26/04/12 firmware don't work either.

it happens the odd time it goes down for maintenance and they are usually quick about it,so wait and see time again.

yesterday my kv done a factory reset on its own without me doing it is this normal still working fine getting all channels after scan wonderd why it did it lol !

possibly lost your signal at some stage and power scan got no channels or did net id change.
