Re: Wireless dongle??? Starview 7
You have to get the wifi bridge as this plugs into a usb port for power and ethernet for signal a normal usb wifi dongle will not work as starview does not have a driver to recognise and run it.
Reception is the same as any other wifi device if you have poor signal usually down to solid brick or stone walls then i would advise homeplugs option

Router or wireless router will be upstairs so I'm a little worried about poor signal to the box downstairs think a homeplug in this instance would be a better solution because I think I'm right in saying they have a better signal coverage would I be correct if this is so I think a homeplug is better?
Thanks again you have been so helpful and made a job I have never tackled before very easy hopefully
