The box that show "not connected" a report states that a solution will be posted soon perhaps today.
The latest firmware will not help these boxes.

The other box there has been no reports of the SV down.
Could be a local issue check your VM sub box.

The new firmware 09/06/11 is only good for older working box and is giving a expiry date well short of the year promised, best to wait uptil last minute before installing

It is now being said that new firmware should be installed on boxes that worked before.
Before it stated that the old firmware will last three days, sounds like a big cock-up
As said before there will be a update soon best to wait

copy smgo221.ups to a extrernal storage device or usb pen (make sure its formatted to fat 32)

insert extrernal storage device or usb pen into the usb ports at the rear of the box

wait for s/w upgrade to complete and box to restart

once restarted

--------------------------------------------------------------------
Scan for Channels
menu >installtion > autosearch > ok
sybol rate "your symbol rate" > search >wait for search to complete > ok >exit >exit
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Activate
go to premium channels (ie sly sports 1) press 1819 on the remote

--------------------------------------------------------------------
Screen format
menu > options > osd setup > screen format > ok > 16:9 > ok > exit > exit
