not connecting to csline servers

i have had another blade 7000 today and done all the usual new firmware ect. when i press red button active comes on but it still says disconnected.i have tried it with a few cslines still the same.tried with a different router still the same any way of doing a self test to check the ethernet port? or anyone have any ideas?

Go into menu-settings-ip settings make sure dhcp is on and does it list ip's below if they are there then communicating with router/modem

Also power cycle modem and router in case there something wrong there.

yeh dhcp is on tried 3 lines and nothing tried different router nothing.tried a 4th csline and it worked so dunno maybe lines? but no one else seemed to have an issue trouble is i dare not sub incase the line dont work.

sounds like clines causing the problem..when did you receive the clines?,only asking cause i ordered a cline and was told it will be activated by 6.00am the next day....or your not putting info in correctly m8...

yeh its the clines cause this mornin all were working.they tell you they are active when they are not but its abit daunting when you are trying out a new box.all is well now apart from all my channels are auto set at mid volume which is very low for me is there a way of changing the volume to high all in one go instead of each channel in turn?

same problem myself as this have even tried firmware update on blademedia.serveftp.com and press ok but will still not connect also with the clines will not connect help please .now working 100%
