lost loads of channels

Post by Smartdevil on Thu Jun 18, 2009 8:36 pm

Hi Everyone,
Since last week, I have lost loads of channel on my *view1 in TW area. I have done a factory reset & full rescan with no Joy?

Is anyone else having this issue?

Thanks
SD

Most people on Telewest have had problems recently.
Did you do a rescan from a direct feed.No splitter
Have you turned the Emu ON
If so Try Menu-Installation-Manual Scan-Down Frequency 000000-
Network Scan Enable (change with R/L arrows on remote)
Wait a moment press OK

Doing a re-scance by going into the following via remote

1.) Menu
2.) Installation
3.) Changing the network to your desired area
4.) Do full network scan
5.) Automatic
6.) Press Scan

hey, thanks for the advice but the channels are still not working. Is there any other way that i could get them to work? I've also tried scanning from a 'direct feed' but i don't understand what that is. Can any please explain?
