dvb box

hi guys, just got an old box and on the front it has dvb its got an insert for a card and has an rs322 cable .Any ideas if i could flash this box with new firmware. cheers

thats a sub box charlie digital video broadcasting and needs a paired card should be makers name on it somewhere

no makers name bhoyzone, when i go to info it shows digital worldz and above it d.m.500.does that make any sense. if i get the card will i be able to flash it.thanks again

hi guys just got my dreambox sorted thanks to you all .i wasnt sure about the update and i noticed a post from dinero to manually insert the keys .im not used to these boxes so im happy to manually update until i get more familiar with them. thanks again

ye they are a bit harder to update but once you have done it you will find it alot easyer i will pm you with another web site that has alot of info on dreamboxs so check you pm box
