Sagem Dbox problem

Hi

I have dbox that has an image on it but the box has not been used for about 1 year. If I scan for transponders it finds none. I know my cable is okay as I have my original VM box and it work.
Should I see any transponders even if I use an old version of software ?

OKAY. New question

I want to reload everything. Seen the guides etc. How many and what files do I need ? Its a Sagam box with 1 rom. Any advice ?
